My plans business is a part time hobby business. Just like you, I have other obligations that sometimes get in the way of getting back to you. Also, it is possible a spam filet blocked your message. If you do not hear back from me in 7-10 days then please try to contact me again.

Ordering

Why do my plans arrive but my parts are not arriving too?

Plans and accessories are shipped separately and will arrive at different times. Also, there may be lay-up time for the parts as the majority of parts vendors DO NOT keep stock on-hand.

Why do I have to contact you to order parts?

This is mostly because of shipping and availability. Some of these parts are very large and I can get you the best deal on shipping on a per-case basis.

Special Requests

Jerry, do you draw up special request plans or modify your plans to another size/scale?

Yes I do for a moderate fee. Remember, my time is just a valuable as yours and I expect to be compensated for that time. I wish I could do it all for free but that is not possible. Contact me if you wish to discuss my rates.

How do I get support or help on the plans I purchased?

I only offer support when there are issues with one of my plans I cannot support common building questions. You need to sign up on a site like RCSCALEBUIDLER.COM to ask those kinds of questions.
